The Natural Gait Intern Opportunity

The Natural Gait located in Iowa, is looking for earnest individuals for their internship program. Interns are provided with room and board and the opportunity to participate in clinics and other events hosted by the Natural Gait. An average length of stay is three months, which could extend up to six months. Interns are responsible for daily chores to include: feeding horses, haying, basic vet care, fencing, trail grooming, clinic preparation and other miscellaneous projects that come up. Interns also have the opportunity to ride The Natural Gait horses and work with the upcoming two year olds if your experience dictates. Interns can also get involved with the summer camp, and learn to drive draft horses. For more information please e-mail Dr. Amy Burk.
