Hilltop Farm Intern Program

Hilltop Farm is located in the north east area of Maryland, in Cecil County. Interns receive instruction, practical experience and cash in exchange for the learning experience. Work 48-60 hours/week (could be longer during very busy times). Starting pay: based on $1300.00/month. Internships require an extensive application procedure, a basic evaluation, and a one-month trial period (Interns staying for 6 months or less will have a one-week trial period). Once the applicant is accepted the program will take 4 to 18 months to complete. Depending on the area an intern is working in, there are certain topics that must be studied. Beyond the required topics, an intern may study as many topics as he/she wishes. Internships are available in Breeding and in Stable Management. The internships positions do not include riding.
