Full Moon Farm 8 - 16 week internship opportunity

Karen and Stephen Fulton of Full Moon Farm in Finksburg, Maryland would like to extend an internship to an interested student of the University of Maryland. The internship will include exposure and hands on experience in all phases of stable management and riding instruction. Detailed exposure to shoeing issues will also be included by attending some of Mr. Fulton's farrier appointments. Interested students should e-mail Dr. Amy Burk for an application no later than Friday, April 15, 2005. Ms. Fulton will consider, interview and select a candidate for either class credit or a paid position commensurate with experience. A paid position would be available provided the student is available during some evening hours to participate in the instruction of riding. The length of the internship will be a minimum of eight weeks and a maximum of sixteen weeks.
